With a vision to revolutionize payroll and human resources services, Lynette Jacobson, the founder of Talonique, brings over 26 years of invaluable experience in the field. Her journey began by establishing the Human Resources infrastructure of a Pacific Northwest business more than two decades ago. As she instituted policies and programs related to compensation, benefits, organizational development, and employee relations, Ms. Jacobson laid the foundation for her illustrious career.

Over the years, she played pivotal roles in scaling the organization, implementing industry best practices, and integrating state-of-the-art HRIS and payroll systems. From her humble beginnings as a Payroll Administrator/HR Manager, she ascended to the position of Vice President Human Resources, where she spearheaded digital transformations, reduced costs, and introduced data-driven decision-making processes. While Ms. Jacobson has multifaceted experience in human resources she has specialized in risk management, benefit administration, and technological transformation.

Ms. Jacobson’s expertise extends beyond traditional HR functions. As a C-suite Executive, she led multiple technology improvements, upgraded third party support and drove company-wide efficiency enhancements as the Chief Administrative Officer. She turned around multiple underperforming departments and leveraged the use of third-party providers.

Her commitment to knowledge sharing led her to serve as a faculty member at Everett Community College, co-developing and teaching certificated courses.
